With over eight years of experience installing paver patios, sidewalks, and outdoor living spaces, Tanner brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project. Each winter, he attends numerous seminars and training sessions to stay up to date with the latest innovations in the paver industry. We continuously learn about new products, key installation techniques, and how to address any product defects.

TMT’s Process for Installing a Dream Patio or Outdoor Living Space

Initial Site Visit
We start with an on-site consultation to discuss your ideas and project outline. At this time, Tanner will take measurements, assess the site, identify potential obstacles, and discuss a budget. This crucial step ensures that we maximize your project's potential.
Design & Estimate
Within approximately a week, we provide a detailed design and estimate to ensure that nothing is overlooked. This step allows you to see exactly what will be included in the project.
Presentation, Revisions, & Acceptance
We present the design concept for your review. You have the opportunity to request changes or additions before finalizing the estimate. Once you approve the design, we require a 30% deposit upfront to cover material costs. Materials are ordered immediately and will remain yours even if you decide to cancel or change direction.
Scheduling & Installation
After receiving the deposit, we schedule the work. Depending on the time of year and our current workload, wait times may range from one to several weeks. As your scheduled date approaches, we will provide at least a week's notice before beginning. Once work starts, we stay on your project until completion—we do not jump between projects.
Final Payment & Enjoying Your New Space
Once installation is complete, we will walk you through a final inspection. We also provide guidance on proper care and maintenance for your new patio or sidewalk. After final approval, the remaining balance is due, and you can begin enjoying your beautiful outdoor space for years to come.
